Biography
Kimberly Fetsick is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office and is a member of the firm's commercial litigation group. Kimberly is an adept litigator and focuses her practice on complex multidistrict, international, and class action disputes. She has extensive experience managing various stages of litigation, and successfully represents clients, developing persuasive strategies to protect and defend their interests. Kimberly litigates on behalf of her clients in a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical, healthcare, agriculture, financial, and environmental sectors.
Prior to joining Norton Rose, Kimberly worked at an international law firm where she focused on international and domestic antitrust and complex litigation, including several antitrust and consumer protection class actions. Kimberly also held federal clerkships in the District of Connecticut Bankruptcy Court and the High Court of American Samoa.

Representing global pharmaceutical company in multidistrict class action litigation involving claims that generic drug manufacturers conspired to fix prices and allocate markets of generic drugs.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly:
- Achieved one of the largest antitrust settlements not to follow a government action in one of the most complex antitrust class actions ever litigated, representing a class of tens of millions of subscriber plaintiffs alleging higher premiums and loss of competition in the market for health insurance due to a conspiracy to allocate geographic territories.
- Advocated on behalf of client during Department of Justice second request regarding a vertical acquisition in the healthcare industry.
- Represented class of thousands of broiler chicken famers in price fixing antitrust class action, achieving settlement with several defendants.
- Brought groundbreaking pro bono case against five countries before the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child on behalf of children from ten countries that led to precedent-setting international climate change and children’s rights law.
