• Achieved one of the largest antitrust settlements not to follow a government action in one of the most complex antitrust class actions ever litigated, representing a class of tens of millions of subscriber plaintiffs alleging higher premiums and loss of competition in the market for health insurance due to a conspiracy to allocate geographic territories.
• Advocated on behalf of client during Department of Justice second request regarding a vertical acquisition in the healthcare industry.
• Represented class of thousands of broiler chicken famers in price fixing antitrust class action, achieving settlement with several defendants.
• Brought groundbreaking pro bono case against five countries before the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child on behalf of children from ten countries that led to precedent-setting international climate change and children’s rights law.
