Abel Chacko is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office. His practice focuses on a broad range of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, Abel developed and advised on public health policy for the Texas legislature and, during the COVID-19 pandemic, local health departments.
