Mason Gardner is an associate in the Houston office. Mr. Gardner provides a full suite of legal services to clients’ HR function by defending and advising employers of all sizes in a variety of employment and benefits issues they face. More specifically, Mr. Gardner defends employers in various employment litigation matters and advises employers on employment and ERISA laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, employee classification, Title VII, SECURE 2.0, and qualified plan failures and corrections.  

As part of his corporate transactions practice, Mr. Gardner also advises buyers and sellers on employment and benefits matters and provides counsel to representation and warranty insurers.
