Sasha Riedisser

Biography

Sasha Riedisser is an experienced commercial litigator. Sasha represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes. In addition to her general commercial litigation practice, Sasha has significant knowledge in fiduciary disputes, telecommunications advocacy and litigation, and cryptocurrency disputes.

As part of her broader practice, Sasha frequently represents corporate trustees, individual trustees, and beneficiaries in litigation related to trusts, estates, wills, and guardianships in state and federal court. Sasha also has substantial experience in disputes regarding the fiduciary or contractual duties owed by officers and employees to their employers. She defends insurance producers and financial planners facing allegations of breach of duty and negligence.

Sasha is also a proficient telecommunications litigator. She frequently represents clients seeking approval to construct telecommunications facilities in negotiations with local jurisdictions, in front of zoning boards and in federal and state lawsuits arising under the Telecommunications Act of 1996, state zoning statutes, and local ordinances. Sasha has successfully helped her clients build cell towers in states across the nation.

Sasha’s representation of cryptocurrency companies includes roles both as in-house counsel and as an outside trial attorney and spans state court litigation, federal litigation, and consumer and commercial arbitration.

Sasha is also a dedicated contributor to Norton Rose Fulbright's pro bono practice, having won multiple awards for her pro bono services. In her spare time, she volunteers as a coach for the National Moot Court Team at her alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
