Anna Boyer is a Knowledge Lawyer for the corporate, M&A and securities practice group. She leads knowledge management, lawyer education and practice innovation initiatives for the group, working closely with the group’s lawyers and business services teams to develop and maintain knowledge management resources and enhance practice efficiency, knowledge strategy and business development efforts.

Anna previously practiced as a corporate lawyer with a background in general corporate and governance matters, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions – both strategic private and public transactions. She represented clients in the technology, global life sciences, gaming, food and retail industries.

Prior to practicing law, Anna served as an English teacher in the Memphis corps of Teach For America.
