Eric is highly experienced in preparing engineering, procurement and construction agreements (EPCs), major equipment procurement agreements (including associated long-term service agreements), power purchase agreements (PPAs) and strategic transactions, including M&A.

- 180 MW photovoltaic solar electric generation facility in Tennessee
- 200 MW photovoltaic solar electric generation facility in Texas
- 300 MW photovoltaic solar electric generation facility and a 200 MW / 400 MWh battery energy storage system in California
- 320 MW / 1,280 MWh battery energy storage system in Utah
- 200 MW wind-powered electric generation facility in Indiana
- Repowered 80 MW wind-powered electric generation facility in New Mexico
- Represented developers in the negotiation of equipment supply agreements and long term service agreements for the procurement of utility-scale batteries for the following projects:
- 320 MW / 1,280 MWh battery energy storage system (Utah)
- 200 MW / 400 MWh battery energy storage system (Texas)
- Represented a developers with the negotiation of a Master supply agreement for Modules and initial purchase order for 300 MW of Modules
