Biography
Emily is a disputes and investigations lawyer based in Dubai. Her practice focuses on cross-border commercial litigation, civil fraud, investigations and asset recovery.
Emily has significant experience in litigating before the courts of the DIFC, onshore UAE and the KSA, as well as having international arbitration experience. She also advises clients on a broad range of matters including general contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and insolvency matters, as well as corporate and regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Emily worked for a number of years in London and has significant English High Court litigation experience across a number of industry sectors.
Emily is an English law qualified lawyer.
