Kimberley Lyons is a lawyer based in London.
Kimberley's work focusses on advising banks and financial institutions on secured corporate lending transactions on a range of domestic and cross-border matters with an emphasis on asset-based lending.
Kimberley also has experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, typically representing sponsors and borrowers on multi-jurisdictional deals.
Kimberley read law at the University of Exeter before completing the LPC at College of Law, Guildford. She joined Norton Rose Fulbright as an associate in 2023.

- Advising Callodine Commercial Finance, LLC on a $84 million real estate, inventory and receivables backed borrowing base facility to a multi-national pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organisation.
- Acting for J.P. Morgan on a $98 million cash flow financing of a marine manufacturing group (involving the UK, the US, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand).
- Advising Accel-KKR on the English law aspects of a $23 million term loan facility to a media workflow provider.
- Acting for Aurelius in respect of the refinancing of a term loan facility to one of its retail supplier portfolio companies.
