Biography

Larisa Emmanuela Lescage is a DEI manager for our Canadian offices. She spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leveraging her expertise in change management and consulting, she designs and implements strategies to cultivate an environment where all employees feel valued and supported regardless of background or identity. Larisa collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop policies and programs that promote diversity and equity across all aspects of the organization, from recruitment and retention to professional development and advancement. 

Larisa empowers employees to champion diversity and challenge bias within the workplace. She fosters open dialogue and cultivates a culture of belonging, where every voice is heard and celebrated.
