Our Toronto, Montreal and Dallas offices acted for Bank of Montreal as administrative agent in connection with a C$125m revolving credit facility and C$15m term credit facility in favour of GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries.

GreenFirst Forest Products is a forest-first business, focused on sustainable forest management and lumber production. The Company owns sawmills and paper mills across Ontario and Quebec.
