Norton Rose Fulbright bolsters Italy team with new corporate partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the hire of Tiziana Del Prete as partner in its corporate team in Milan. Tiziana joins from Grimaldi Studio Legale. 

Tiziana’s practice focuses on corporate/M&A, and corporate restructurings. Massimo Agostini, who advises on tax matters, joins with Tiziana as counsel.
