Norton Rose Fulbright advises Accolade Group on multi-tenant logistics park in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright recently advised Accolade Group on its acquisition and development of a new multi-tenant logistics park in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland.

The 72,000 square-meter Gorzów Wielkopolski park, valued at EUR 47 million, will be developed as an environmentally friendly and modern industrial park and will be BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certified.

Accolade Group is an international investor on the commercial real estate market, operating in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Germany, with a portfolio worth more than a billion euros.

The transaction was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, and the team included senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk and counsel Jan Wszołek from Warsaw’s real estate and construction team.
