Norton Rose Fulbright advises dwpbank on acquisition of lemon.markets Group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Deutsche WertpapierServiceBank AG (dwpbank) on its acquisition of the lemon.markets Group.

dwpbank is Germany's leading provider of securities services and supports around three-quarters of all banks operating in Germany with its product solutions. From order routing to custody, it provides services along the entire value chain.

The Berlin-based FinTech lemon.markets is a brokerage-as-a-service platform that, through its BaFin-licensed subsidiary lemon.markets brokerage GmbH, provides FinTechs, banks and asset managers with the IT infrastructure for processing securities transactions via an API.
