Cross-border team represents Banco Santander in ECA-backed facility agreement

Norton Rose Fulbright's São Paulo and Mexico City offices recently advised Banco Santander, S.A. on an ECA-backed credit facility extended to steel producer Talleres y Aceros S.A. de C.V. (TYASA) in Mexico.

The loan from Banco Santander is guaranteed by Credendo and will be used to finance the purchase of equipment for TYASA's plant in México.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by José A. Cobeña Serrano (São Paulo) and also included Daniel Spencer (São Paulo), Cameron Royse (São Paulo), Hernán González (Mexico City), Dante Trevedan (Mexico City) and Mariajose Chavez Zamora (Mexico City).
