Five US lawyers named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under Hot List

Benchmark Litigation has named five US lawyers to its fourth annual "40 and Under Hot List". Mark Oakes (Austin), Beau Cox (Dallas), Seth Kruglak (New York), Amanda Wait (Washington, DC) and Jeffrey A. Webb (San Antonio) were selected for the award recognizing the accomplishments of "the top young talent in their respective litigation communities" in the United States.

Wait, an antitrust partner, has been featured on the "40 and Under Hot List" for four consecutive years. Additionally, Oakes, Cox and Kruglak have been selected for two consecutive years and Webb has been selected for the third year.

The winners were compiled after extensive research among litigation practitioners and case examination.
