Norton Rose Fulbright advised private equity firm CORE Industrial Partners (CORE) and its portfolio company Arizona Natural Resources (ANR) d/b/a Cohere Beauty on the acquisition of Contract Filling Inc. (CFI), a contract manufacturer of fragrances, deodorants and cosmetic products.
ANR is a Phoenix-based leading provider of full-service custom formulation and contract manufacturing solutions for personal care products with expertise in haircare and skincare.

CORE has more than US$700 million in capital commitments investing in North American lower middle-market manufacturing, industrial technology and services businesses.
