Canada’s preeminent activism law firm in Bloomberg’s Full Year 2023 Activism Advisory league tables

We are proud to share that we have once again earned first place in Canada in Bloomberg’s Full Year 2023 Activism Advisory league tables for the company-side legal advisors. We also ranked second among Canadian firms for the Canada activist-side legal advisors table.

On the company side, we improved globally moving to ninth place and are the only Canadian firm to be listed in the top ten. On the activist-side, we made substantial gains globally with a move from sixteenth to ninth place. We are one of only two Canadian firms listed in the global activist-side legal advisors table in the top ten.
