Norton Rose Fulbright advises on £3.8 billion recommended offer for Spectris

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc (Morgan Stanley) as financial adviser to MI Metron UK Bidco Ltd, an indirect subsidiary of funds managed and/or advised by Advent International, L.P. (Advent) on its £3.8 billion recommended cash offer for Spectris plc (Spectris).

Spectris is headquartered in London and focuses on two strong divisions, employing c.7,400 people located in more than 30 countries.
The London-based Norton Rose Fulbright team is being led by corporate partners Paul Whitelock and Kit McCarthy, alongside banking partner James Dunnett, with support from corporate associates Adam Worth, Jess Ong-Davys and Seamus Connelly, corporate trainee Tasnia Begum, and banking consultant Ksenia Orlova.
