Houston partner honored with Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce ‘Breakthrough Woman’ award

The Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC) has honored Debra Gatison Hatter (Houston) by selecting her for their "2021 Breakthrough Woman" award. Hatter will be recognized at GHWCC's upcoming conference on April 22, which will be broadcast virtually.
The award recognizes women for being leaders in their respective industries and role models for the next generation of female leaders.
A partner with more than 20 years of experience, Hatter focuses her practice on corporate securities with deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, financings, corporate governance, structuring, compliance and general business matters. She represents private equity funds, public companies and privately held businesses in the energy, technology, retail, healthcare and industrial services industries.
Hatter has also been recognized in several publications and directories, including Texas Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.
