Biography

Blake Redwine is a senior associate in the Dallas office. Blake's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and general corporate and securities law matters for public and private companies.  He has significant experience representing issuers and underwriters in registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on equity offerings.   Blake represents clients in a variety of industries with a focus on financial institutions, energy and private equity companies.
