Chad Wallis is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Austin office with a focus in intellectual property law. Chad has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and abroad for various technologies including medical devices; oil and gas equipment; innovative materials; automotive, marine, and railroad equipment; personal hygiene products; semi-conductors; and integrated circuits. Chad also represents clients in post-issuance validity proceedings, with a focus on inter partes reviews and ex parte reexaminations for both patent owners and petitioners.
