Jenelle Tubergen is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office. Her practice focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional corporate matters and securities offerings and financings. Her representation encompasses a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, financial institutions and healthcare.

- An oil and natural gas company in the drafting of form underground storage agreements for carbon capture and sequestration operations and the negotiation thereof with multiple counterparties.

- A public industrial distribution company in connection with multiple acquisitions.
- A Texas-based power transmission company in its sale of preferred stock and recapitalization transaction.
