Pete Curran is a Litigator in the Dallas office, specializing in product liability, consumer issues, torts, and complex business disputes.  Before joining the firm, he served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Drew B. Tipton in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  While clerking, Pete gained key insight into how judges view their cases and how the best practitioners navigate complex matters in federal court.

Pete graduated law school in 2023 from The University of Texas School of Law.  There, Pete worked as a Teaching Assistant in the legal writing program, served on the Editorial Board of the Texas Review of Law & Politics, and competed in seven interscholastic advocacy competitions.  Pete graduated With Honors and earned induction to The Order of the Barristers, a national recognition for individuals who excel in advocacy at their respective schools.
