Biography
Daniel Rahim represents institutional investors and developers in their development, construction and financing of commercial real estate, including industrial, office, multifamily and mixed use assets. Significantly experienced with complex leasing transactions, he advises institutional landlords on issues arising from office, commercial and industrial properties. Additionally, Daniel assists clients in their acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets and portfolios.
