Biography

Elie D. Krief is an associate in the Corporate, M&A and Securities group in the firm's New York office. His international practice focuses on representing public and private companies, world-leading private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, financial advisors and boards/committees in connection with complex, multijurisdictional transactions, including stocks and assets purchases, co-investments, joint-ventures, public and private mergers, divestures and general corporate and governance matters.

A native of France, educated in the United States and Canada, Elie started his career at the Supreme Court of Israel where he served as an international law clerk for the Honourable Chief Justice Miriam Naor (Ret.). Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Elie worked for two leading international law firms in Paris and New York. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Ontario and Quebec and also previously practiced out of Norton Rose Fulbright's Montreal office, in Canada.
