Ryan Bert
Biography
Ryan Bert's work is primarily focused on construction and development projects, including multi-family residential housing developments, university student housing developments, and hotels and resorts, among others. He represents owners, developers, and contractors in all phases of project development and construction, including negotiating and drafting development, construction, design, engineering, and related agreements; advising on contract enforcement, compliance, or modifications; and litigating post-construction disputes, including architectural and engineering design errors, construction defects, and other contract claims.
Ryan is a United States Air Force veteran. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sarah E. Pitlyk of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri from 2021 to 2022.
