Biography
Austin Hartley is a litigator focused on government investigations and financial services disputes. He represents firms and individuals during government regulatory investigations (criminal and civil), arbitrations, and litigation. Austin also has experience in white collar criminal defense, commercial disputes, and immigration matters.
Prior to attending law school, Austin worked in the legal department of a startup company where he managed a global network of outside counsel and private investigators responsible for intellectual property enforcement matters.
