Biography
Sedalia Jones-Kennelly focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, and white collar defense. She represents corporate clients across a range of industries, including construction companies, restaurant and real estate groups, tech companies and businesses in the energy sector. She aids businesses in navigating high-stakes litigation, including internal investigations, pre-suit strategy, discovery management and trial preparation. She has experience defending against breach of contract claims, business torts, and large-scale class actions. She also represents clients in mediation and arbitration, to achieve efficient, strategic outcomes outside of court. Sedalia advocates for clients in both state and federal courts.
