Lissie J. Ng concentrates her practice on product safety and international and domestic regulatory compliance. Her areas of focus include product safety, incident evaluation and consumer product recalls; regulatory compliance for consumer products, with a focus on the technology and textile sectors; and regulatory enforcement and investigations.

Lissie also provides counsel on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues in transactions, greenwashing risks and brand and advertising issues. She has significant experience with manufacturing, distribution and supply agreements for consumer market companies, as well as chemicals management, compliance and enforcement, including matters related to Proposition 65 and PFAS.
