Biography
Abigail McGregor is a dispute resolution lawyer located in Sydney.
Abigail conducts litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts in relation to contract disputes, trade practices and negligence. She also leads Norton Rose Fulbright’s Business Ethics Anti-Corruption Group in Australia, which advises on the implications of increasing regulation in this area. Abigail advises clients on the introduction of appropriate policies and procedures, as well as undertaking investigations in this area. She also has experience investigating fraud and freezing assets of fraudulent employees. Abigail also sits on the Human Rights and Business Working Group of the Law Council of Australia.
Abigail’s clients range across a number of industry sectors including agribusiness, food processing and manufacturing, construction and infrastructure, insurance and government. Her expertise includes large-scale matters involving substantial discovery and trans-national evidence collection.
