Biography
Victoria Birch is a corporate finance lawyer based in London.
She has advised on a variety of international and domestic corporate finance transactions, including private and public M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters.
Victoria is co-head of the payments practice and a member of our global FinTech group, and is a regular speaker on artificial intelligence, distributed ledgers, blockchain technology, smart contracts, IOT and technology more broadly.
Victoria is also co-PMI lead in London for post-merger integration and restructuring mandates. She spent six months on secondment to HSBC's global restructuring team.
She joined the firm in 2010, having previously worked at a London magic circle firm and a US law firm.
