Sara Collins is the head of legal design based in London.
Sara was our first legal designer and responsible for introducing design-thinking, user research and human-centred design methods for legal problem solving to our global change and innovation program, NRF Transform. Through information, process and service design, collaborating with both legal and business services teams and supported by data and technology, Sara focuses on developing new or improved, useable services to clients.
Sara trained with the firm in London. She practiced as a litigation and disputes lawyer with a focus on contentious insolvency as well as general banking litigation and commercial dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Sara was a member of the in-house legal team at an asset management company, assisting with leasing, operations and procurement matters.
