Biography

Aditya Badami is a disputes lawyer in our London office. His practice focuses on insolvency, financial restructuring, and complex business litigation.

Aditya advises financial institutions, energy companies, debtors, creditors, and insolvency professionals in English and Canadian insolvency proceedings and complex disputes.

Originally based in Calgary, he is currently practicing in our London office. Aditya previously practiced law at international law firms in Toronto and Calgary.  He has also taught law at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law.
