Julia has acted in the following matters:

• OpSens Inc. in its C$345 million going-private transaction with Haemonetics Corporation, which was effected by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Québec)
• Mr. Germain Lamonde in the successful privatization of EXFO Inc. for US$6.25 per share for a transaction value of C$600 million, and in relation with the required financing
• Coveo Solutions Inc. in its C$247 million initial public offering of subordinate voting shares and concurrent private placement
• HEXO Corp. in its going-private transaction with Tilray Brands, Inc., as well as its previous acquisition, by way of plans of arrangement, of all the issued and outstanding shares of TSX-listed Zenabis Global Inc., in an all-share transaction valued at approximately C$235 million
• Issuers and syndicates of underwriters and agents in various public and private Canadian, cross-border and international offerings of debt and equity, including offerings by BELLUS Health Inc., Boralex Inc., Dollarama Inc. and Videotron Ltd.
• Le Club Piscine Plus Québec C.P.P.Q. Inc., Pioneer Distribution Inc. and Pool Supplies Canada Inc. in the sale of all their issued and outstanding shares to Fulcrum Capital Partners
• Poka Inc. in the sale of all its issued and outstanding shares to IFS World Operations AB
• Various Canadian corporations, including Lithium Argentina AG and Falcon Energy Materials plc, in their redomiciliation from Canada to international jurisdictions, including the Abu Dhabi Global Market in the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands
• Solotech Group Inc., in connection with its acquisition of Pro Sound, Inc., a highly regarded audio, video, lighting and broadcasting integration company, headquartered in Miami, Florida, with offices and warehouses in Orlando, Pensacola and Los Angeles. Solotech also acquired Pro Sound, Inc.'s Stage Equipment and Lighting (SEAL) brand as well as affiliates Pro Sound CA, Inc. and Show Systems, Inc.
