Ann Henderson is a litigation lawyer practising primarily commercial and corporate litigation. Ann is a member of the data protection, privacy and cybersecurity team and maintains an active practice in matters relating to privacy and cybersecurity law, including assisting clients with access to information requests, complaints, regulatory compliance and reporting of privacy breaches involving the disclosure of personal information. She also maintains an active insurance practice, assisting clients with insurance defence and coverage matters.
Ann has an interest in complex e-discovery matters and assists with tactical e-discovery issues.
She summered with our Calgary office in 2015 and completed her articles with us in 2017.
