Biography
Thomas Widdows is a corporate lawyer based in London.
Thomas' experience includes advising on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), VC and growth equity fundraisings, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and consortia work and other general corporate advisory work. Thomas was recognised in Legal 500 in 2024 as a "Stand-out associate" for TMT.
Thomas trained with the firm (which included a six-month secondment in our Singapore office) and has spent time on client secondment at a private equity firm.
