Biography

Andrea Shannon joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2014. She is a member of the Intellectual Property Brands group and focuses her practice on trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and advertising law. Andrea represents clients in connection with trademark enforcement and policing efforts, trademark infringement cases, and domain name disputes. She also has experience litigating unfair competition and false advertising claims under the Lanham Act.

Andrea also handles trademark and copyright clearance searches and prosecutes trademark and copyright applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office. She also assists with IP-focused transactional matters, including licensing, assignments, coexistence agreements and consents.
