Biography

Christina Korinthios is a corporate and energy lawyer based in Athens. Her practice is both transactional and advisory, focusing on corporate, commercial and renewable energy law, and including elements of EU and Greek competition and public procurement law.

Christina has advised on M&A and private equity transactions, the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects, PPP infrastructure projects, antitrust defence proceedings and merger clearances, and regulatory matters in the renewable energy sector. She has also advised on EU and Greek data protection and intellectual property law, including data processing activities, privacy frameworks, and registration and defence of EU trademarks and international patents.

Before joining the firm, Christina worked in the Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) of the European Commission in Brussels, and in a leading Athens law firm.
