Gabriel Ramirez-Hernandez

Biography

Gabriel Ramirez-Hernandez represents businesses across the country in civil litigation matters, including products liability, consumer disputes, complex civil litigation, appeals, intellectual property litigation and commercial disputes.  Gabriel has significant experience working with efficient trial teams to assist product manufacturers in multidistrict litigation and related state-court actions. As a valued legal writer and creative thinker, Gabriel works strategically and thoughtfully at all stages of litigation.

In his pro bono practice, Gabriel assists litigants without counsel in federal court through the pro se project. Gabriel also represents pro bono clients on appeal through the Office of the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender and argues their cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Gabriel also works with a team of his colleagues representing an individual alleging civil rights claims for deprivation of civil liberties by a local county jail and its officers.

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Gabriel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jerry W. Blackwell, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Honorable Peter M. Reyes, Jr., Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
