Lori Rapuano is a member of the firm's Information Governance, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team, with a focus on eDiscovery and Cybersecurity.  Lori has extensive experience in managing e-discovery projects in large cases, often for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including negotiating ESI protocols, protective orders and search terms; developing and vetting search terms; designing procedures for and managing large-scale document collections, reviews and productions; and consulting on discovery disputes.  Lori also has counseled clients on document preservation, processing and management practices for litigation preparedness.

Building on her eDiscovery experience, Lori has also managed large-scale documents reviews designed to identify impacted personal information in response to cyber incidents, working with both the client teams and legal teams assessing the privacy implications and notification obligations.
