Biography

Hannah Hoke Hylbert is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Energy Disputes team. She represents clients in complex business litigation and pre-litigation matters, with a focus on disputes involving contract interpretation and breach, fraud, fiduciary duties and real estate issues in both state and federal courts. In addition to her commercial practice, Hannah handles divorce and estate litigation across Texas, often navigating matters that intersect with business concerns such as real estate, internal governance, fiduciary obligations and succession planning in closely held entities. She also brings extensive experience in employment litigation.

During law school, Hannah was a judicial intern for the Hon. Alan Albright in the Western District of Texas. Additionally, Hannah was a Senior Executive Editor for the Baylor Law Review and a brief writer for the National Moot Court Competition team. She was also selected for the Dean's List and the Funderburk Evidence Award. As an undergraduate, she was named as a Bill Archer Fellow and a Distinguished College Scholar for Moody College of Communication.
