Preston Glasscock is a Litigation Associate in the Dallas office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice.  He has helped clients through all phases of litigation.  Preston has a diverse federal and state court practice, having gained experience in tort work, fiduciary duty disputes, competition, securities, intellectual property, constitutional law, environmental law, contract disputes, insurance, and white collar criminal law.  In law school, Preston received awards for having the most outstanding record in his graduating class in the areas of Evidence and Administrative Law, respectively.  His first experience as a practitioner was in the Washington & Lee University School of Law Black Lung Clinic, where he argued before an administrative law judge, and was a member of a three student team that submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court in California v. Texas on behalf of America's coal miners. He spent his first year after law school clerking for the Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas, the Honorable Barbara M. G. Lynn. 

Preston was raised in Beaumont and Dallas, Texas, and is married to his wife, Shannon.  Outside of work, he serves on the Austin College Alumni Board and the ACT Justice Leadership Council. He is a member the Park Cities Presbyterian Church, Dallas Petroleum Club, and the Paul Brown and Patrick E. Higginbotham Inns of Court.  As an undergraduate, Preston played on the Austin College Kangaroo tennis team from 2014-2017, serving as Captain for the 2017 season.
