Biography
Jasper Dijkshoorn is a banking and finance lawyer based in Amsterdam. He focusses on international project finance, real estate finance and fund finance and has extensive experience advising borrowers, lenders and servicers across all types of domestic and international project, real estate and fund financings.
Jasper has a reputation for leading developments in the market and structuring the most complex deals. He has experience with all types of secured, investment and development loans (including loan origination, syndications, loan on loan transactions, bridge and mezzanine loans and CMBS), sale and leaseback structures, securitization and loan portfolio acquisitions.
