Biography
Rachel Cardwell is a Senior Associate in the firm’s disputes group who focuses her practice on an array of complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. She represents clients from a wide variety of industries in a broad spectrum of subject matters including trade secret and noncompete litigation, business torts and contractual disputes, franchise litigation, consumer fraud class actions, as well as domestic and international internal investigations and arbitrations.
Rachel is adept at working collaboratively with clients and case teams on both sides of the ”v” and leveraging this experience regardless of the side on which a client finds itself. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was part of a trial team who secured a multimillion-dollar jury verdict in favor of a Fortune 100 company on claims of tortious interference with contracts protecting trade secrets and confidential information.
Rachel is admitted to practice in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western District Courts of Texas.
