Stephanie Assi’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder litigation, trade secret misappropriation, bankruptcy litigation and securities litigation. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Christopher J. Panos, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
