Almonty Industries Inc. in connection with its initial public offering in the United States

Our Toronto office with support from Montreal, Houston and Dallas advised Almonty Industries Inc., a Canadian corporation and a global producer of tungsten concentrate, as lead counsel in both Canada and the United States, in connection with its US$90 million underwritten southbound-only initial public offering of common shares under the Canada-United States multi-jurisdictional disclosure system (MJDS) and concurrent listing to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Proceeds from the offering will support the development of Almonty’s Sangdong tungsten oxide facility in South Korea and enhances its global capital markets profile.
