• Issuers and underwriters in numerous public financings and private placements of debt and equity, including offerings by Aya Gold & Silver Inc., BELLUS Health Inc., Canadian National Railway Company, Dollarama Inc., Patriot Battery Metals Inc. and Robex Resources Inc.
• The Cornerstone Investors (CDPQ, OMERS, HOOPP, PSPIB and CPPIB) in connection with Bank of Montreal's issue and sale of common shares by way of private placement and concurrent public offering for gross proceeds totalling approximately US$1.9 billion, including US$740 million in gross proceeds from the private placement to the Cornerstone Investors
• Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. on its C$4.3 billion going private acquisition by Rio Tinto by way of a plan of arrangement
• Coveo Solutions Inc. on its C$215 million initial public offering of subordinate voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange

• De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited on various acquisitions
• Thrust Capital Partners on: (i) the formation of the first Canadian private equity fund dedicated exclusively to the aerospace industry supply chain, (ii) its investments in its portfolio companies, Dishon Limited and DCM Group Inc., and (iii) various acquisitions by its portfolio companies
• Makivik Corporation on its C$205 million sale of Canadian North to Exchange Income Corporation
