L’Autorità europea delle assicurazioni e delle pensioni aziendali e professionali (EIOPA) ha avviato un’indagine per monitorare l’adozione di soluzioni di intelligenza artificiale generativa nel settore assicurativo europeo. L’obiettivo è raccogliere informazioni sull’attuale stato di implementazione, i piani futuri e i modelli di governance che le imprese stanno sviluppando per gestire i rischi e le peculiarità di questa tecnologia emergente.
L’indagine mira a fornire una panoramica chiara dell’evoluzione dell’AI generativa e a supportare una vigilanza efficace, garantendo al contempo la tutela dei consumatori.
L’indagine sull’AI generativa sarà rivolta alle compagnie di assicurazione per il tramite delle Autorità Nazionali Competenti. Tuttavia, le imprese possono completare il questionario online disponibile sul sito EIOPA entro il 15 luglio 2025.
