Solar Power World: TerraForm Power completes acquisition of Sun Tribe Development

Solar Power World shared details of our representation of TerraForm Power in the acquisition of Sun Tribe Development, a utility-scale solar and storage developer headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The team was led by Sameer Ghaznavi (Chicago) and Allie Hemmings (Washington, DC).

Sameer represents private and public companies, developers, utilities and sponsors in relation to the development, strategic acquisition and sale of energy and infrastructure projects in the US and internationally.

Allies’ practice is focused on renewable energy mergers and acquisitions, project development and offtake agreements.
