Norton Rose Fulbright adds corporate partners in New York and Los Angeles

Norton Rose Fulbright today expanded its corporate, M&A and securities team with the addition of two highly regarded partners: S. Ward Atterbury in New York and Mark S. Greenfield in Los Angeles.

Atterbury joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman, where he served as co-head of its mergers and acquisitions group. His practice focuses on M&A transactions and related financings, and he has extensive experience representing sellers and buyers in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.

Greenfield, who practiced at Blank Rome, concentrates on corporate transactions and corporate advice and counselling. He represents private equity sponsors, corporate acquirers and sell-side entrepreneurs in sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and divestiture activity as well as debt and equity capital raises. Greenfield regularly represents public companies, independent directors and audit committees and also serves as outside general counsel to multiple clients.

Atterbury received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his BS, summa cum laude, from Yale University. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.

Greenfield received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his BA, magna cum laude, from University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice in California.
